9/11/01 did not happen

Posted by Len on Wednesday, November 25th, 2009 at 10:15 am CT in Politics, Republicans

If there is one thing the conservatives are very, very good at, it is revising history. We have all known that for some time and got further proof of it last night. George W. Bush’s last press secretary, Dana Perino, went on Sean Hannity’s show on FOX News and flatly stated that we did not have a terrorist attack on the United States during President Bush’s term. Not only did Mr. Hannity not correct her, he didn’t even blink when she said it. Watch the video…

“We did not have a terrorist attack on our country during President Bush’s term.”

So there you have it, folks, straight from the mouths of the Bush administration and FOX News. The terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 did not happen. The conservatives have once again changed our history. Live with it.

(Oh, and our current president is a terrorist sympathizer. Live with that, too.)

Hey Len – I’m back! :) This is gonna be one of those rare moments when we agree. Dana Perino is an idiot. I know she tweeted that she meant “post 9/11 during Bush’s 2nd term” but – it was already out there – she said it. Not all of we conservatives will let something that idiotic slide!

    @ The BoBo:
Welcome back! Did you notice that that guy on her right (whoever he is) tried to say something after she revised history, but Hannity cut him short?

Yeah. I like Hannity – but – even he toes that party line way too much. I like that he does the freedom concerts – but – as far as his radio and talk shows – he really needs to think for himself. I can only watch and listen for so long before I change the channel/dial.
