Jackson was rushed to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center this afternoon by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics.
Fire Capt. Steve Ruda said paramedics responded to a call at Jackson’s home at 12:26 p.m. He was not breathing when they arrived. The paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and took him to the hospital, Ruda told The Times.
Jackson was 50 years old.
This news comes on the heels of the news that actress Farah Fawcett lost her battle with cancer earlier in the day. She was 62.

I never liked him, and was repulsed by the happenings at Graceland. I’m always disgusted when the rich and famous are allowed to live by a different set of standards then the rest of us. Did he ever pay all his back owed taxes?
When he was young, really young and still sang with his brothers I enjoyed watching him; but not since then.
Tragic in both cases.
The passing of Michael Jackson is like a star being plucked from the sky. The sky becomes a little dimmer.

he definately had talent. I remember when I was a kid watching a cartoon on Saturday mornings about him and his brothers.
