Death wish
It is amazing to me that anybody could write the following, let alone somebody who claims to be a “non-hating Christian.” (No, I will not link to the author.)
There are two Americas - the America at war and, well, pro-American in its views; then there is the America which is at war with America. We will, I believe, never be a truly united nation until the 60’s generation and its “intellectual” descendents [sic] pass away - fortunately, as they don’t have many children, we’re only about 20 to 30 years away from that point. Meanwhile, for what will be most of my lifetime, we’ve just to got keep pushing ahead in the face of absurd and hateful opposition - continuing to do the American thing while a large piece of our citizenry work diligently to prevent the American thing from happening.
There is only one problem with this young man’s plan… The majority of his generation doesn’t agree with him, either. If he plans on sticking around until everyone who disagrees with his radical right-wing ideology is dead and buried, he’s going to live a long, long life. Very, very long life.
