From the right
Time spent at right-wing weblogs has led me to this definition:
Right-wing conservative: A person who is very good at explaining what (he thinks) the other side believes, but has considerable difficulty when asked to explain what he himself believes.
Seriously. Think about it. Almost every rightie blog you happen upon will contain an explanation, if not several explanations, of what Democrats, Liberals or Lefties believe. You could read the entire blog and never find out what its author believes, though. The right-wing conservative is well trained in the art of putting down and ridiculing the beliefs of others, but never seems to be able to explain his or her own beliefs.
There is one other sure-fire way to know that you have landed on a wingnut’s website — lately, they all seem to be related to Terri Schindler-Schiavo.
Why do you think that is?
