Insane world

Read this somewhere today:

“How you know world is going insane. The best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, France accuses the U.S. of being arrogant, and Germany doesn’t want a war.”

I do not know that the world is going insane, but I do know it is sure changing. Change is good, right? Right?!

I stayed home from the office again today. I probably could have gone in, provided I took my box of tissues with me. But I did not. I’ll go in tomorrow, so tomorrow I will be back to my usual grumpy, depressed self.

How I wish I would have done something with my life. I would have loved to have made a difference. Even a small one.

    How do you know that you haven’t made a difference somewhere, somehow, in this world? How do you know that by adding your blog to my blogroll and reading your thoughts every day, you haven’t made a difference? How do you know that what you have to say hasn’t affected another’s thinking and made a difference?

    Just a morsel of food for thought. :)
