Anniversary
We have now been together for 27 years.
I believe that, statistically speaking, is longer than most heterosexual marriages last.
27 years with one man. What am I, nuts?!
(I am going to stalk and do serious damage to the first person who says “I have not even been alive that long!”)

congratulations! also, the closest hint at your age i’ve seen so far. for what it’s worth, you blog like you’re 27. or something. i make no sense today.
also, there’s a picture of a dude’s ass in the corner of your page. just thought i’d let you know.
Wonder how that got there?
Wow… congratulations to both of you. Sometimes it seems as though hardly any couple stays together for that long any more. Daryl and I have been together for 7 years now and we both hope to get a room in an old age home after 50 years together.
Thanks, Todd. I think at this point, we’re just hoping to still be alive after 50 years together.
It’s great to hear something like that. I’ve been with my lover for 11 years now, and it hasn’t always been plain sailing, so your experience gives me a really warm feeling about this whole business of being together for one another.
To make 27yrs is something to be proud of. I hope I can make this current relationship last even half as long.
B and I have been together 8 years and going strong. I can’t imagine life without her and it’s so good to hear of the success you’ve had in your relationship. Congratulations!
Congratulations. 27 years! How many is that in straight years?
My partner and I reach 5 years in May of this year. It doesn’t feel that long for sure! We can only hope to be lucky enough to match your record!
