Sarah Palin, true Republican that she is, is again playing the victim card…

Palin accuses ‘Obama-Biden Democrats’ of spreading ‘lies’

Governor Sarah Palin accused “Obama-Biden Democrats,” of launching a series of unfair attacks against she [sic] and her family in a fundraising email sent to supporters Monday.

“Friends, in the course of a few weeks, the Obama-Biden Democrats have launched attack after attack on me, my family and John McCain,” Palin writes in the email. “They’re desperate to win and they’ll no doubt launch these attacks against other reformers on our ticket.”[..]

Palin said Obama and Biden have a “large financial advantage,” urging supporters that a contribution of any size will help stop the spread of “lies” and “misinformation” coming from Democrats.

“We must stop them,” Palin writes, “…before they turn these shameful tactics on others we support.”

Could she perhaps be just a bit more specific? What lies and misinformation does she believe the “Obama-Biden Democrats” are spreading about her, her family and Senior Citizen McCain? It isn’t very nice, Sarah, to accuse people of lying unless you let them know what lies you are accusing them of telling.

Crybaby.

P.S. Mrs. Palin is meeting with some foreign leaders at the U.N. next week. The McCainiacs feel that this will make her a foreign policy expert. (Perhaps they can discuss how to field dress a moose.)

The Obama and McCain campaigns both released new television advertising this morning. Senator Obama goes after Senator McCain on health care…

Then Senator McCain uses the services of Ken Lewis (watch the video in the link (which, by the way, goes to the post preceding this one) and then listen to the voice-over guy in the following ad… you’ll see (hear) what I mean) in an attempt to tie Senator Obama to some “political machine.”

That may have worked in 1968 but I have my doubts as to its effectiveness in this century, though I am sure it will get the rabid right wing base all worked up. (Which, after all, seems to have been the goal of the McCainiacs these past few weeks.)
